(SALEM, Ore.) - Many Oregonians recall the tragic and shocking murder of Oregon's prison director Michael Francke in December 1989. He was hired by the Oregon governor for the specific reason of cleaning up the corruption in Oregon prisons; developed a strong case on several top officials and was stabbed to death. After almost 21 years, the stories have never gone away. Many know the truth, they have always known, because they were right in the middle of it. They are painfully aware that the investigation and Murder conviction of a man named Frank Gable was forced by the state under false pretenses. Blue Oregon wrote: "It might just be the biggest mystery in Oregon politics. Michael Francke, the director of the Oregon prisons, was murdered in the parking lot of his office. Frank Gable, a small-time thief, was convicted of the crime. Kevin Francke, the victim's brother, thinks Gable is innocent. "There are all kinds of swirling conspiracy theories, counter-theories, allegations, and missing details. Heck, there's even been a movie starring Angelina Jolie and written by the Tribune's Phil Stanford." Our current series on the saga of former Oregon Corrections Officer William Coleman and his survival of the same system that led to the death of Francke, has endless parallels. We have already published three parts in this specific series, they are: Jun-23-2010: Local Media Downplayed Former Prison Guard's Struggle Against Racism - Tim King Salem-News.com Jun-18-2010: Exposé: Skeletons Falling Out of the Closet of Oregon Corrections - Tim King Salem-News.com Jun-17-2010: Scott McAlister: Child Porn-Related Conviction and Practicing Law - Tim King Salem-News.com To fully understand the story of William Coleman, you must begin by watching this movie, 'Without Evidence' which outlines the actual events surrounding the murder of an honest American who tried to help Oregon: former Oregon Dept. of Corrections Director Michael Francke. I suggest watching the film and then reading the three stories noted above. The clock is ticking for the corrupt of Oregon. We know who you are, we know that in some cases people involved in the Francke murder were and still are functioning as elevated members of Oregon government. There are many who need to be tried for the actual murder of Michael Francke. This corrupt state forced a false witness to testify and convict an innocent man. The game is almost over though, and the deception of state officials will soon be out in the open, delivered through indisputable channels. Great resources on the Michael Francke Murder: Michael Francke - From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia Blue Oregon - Who killed Michael Francke? Ex-employee supports corruption claims - by Jim Redden Portland Tribune We had a code to the movie Without Evidence posted here but it failed to work and has been removed. I have spent the better part of the last five years immersed in this case. Throughout that time, I have repeatedly warned those in power that I would solve this case and expose their corruption if they did not free Frank Gable. I have solved this case and I have exposed their corruption. Can I prove it? Absolutely...from the Governor (Goldschmidt) on down. Last chance boys. Free Frank.

The question is... What do you do to a public official whose actions are detrimental to Society? Whose criminal effects are independent of a specific time frame so that we are still feeling the corruption today that murdered Mr. Franke in 89. What do you do with a public official like this?

Way to go on covering this. I've been interested in the DOC corruption for some time. Hopefully we can clean up the pig sty. The past and ongoing activities of the DOC are absolutely an obvious outrage.
Francke's death well illustrates: December 14, 2010 8:47 am (Pacific time)
'A conspiracy is rarely, if ever, proved by positive testimony. When a crime of high magnitude is about to be perpetrated by a combination of individuals, they do not act openly, but covertly and secretly. The purpose formed is known only to those who enter into it. Unless one of the original conspirators betray his companions and give evidence against them, their guilt can be proved only by circumstantial evidence...and circumstances can not lie.' [Special Judge Advocate John A. Bingham, quoted in The Trial Of The Conspirators, Washington, 1865]

Correction Tim...the movie "Without Evidence" does not profile the events surrounding Francke's murder but rather profles the events surrounding Kevin Francke after he came to Oregon from Florida to investigate his brother's murder. I clicked twice on the link you offered to view the movie. The first time it required adding a toolbar and downloding something else in order to view the movie for free. The second time my security software reported the site unsafe. I'm also skeptical of the site because it appears to afford people the opportunity to view movies for free currently in the theater, like Karate Kid and Toy Story. Too good to be true, so it probably isn't. I do have the entire movie on my website, but don't offer a link due to possible copyright violations. I have made repeated attempts over the past four years to seek permission with no reply. Unfortunate, because as you say the movie is required viewing to help understand things. A great place to start. I will offer the link to view the movie to anyone who emals me their request.
