Today Baloch Blood Costs Nothing WHY?

Where is the international arrest warrant?

Balochistan human rights

(SALEM) - We have carried a number of articles about the struggle of the people of Balochistan; everything we learn only makes the picture seem more brutal and inhumane.

Balochistan is the hallmark of government terrorism and its victims deserve both autonomy and freedom. Instead they only receive exploitation and a life encircled by violations of international law.

This population of kind and forthright people has labored to survive, having been walked upon for 65 years by the jack boot heels of military occupation.

The oppression; the scandalous police abuse and torture; murders carried out by government thugs... it is all part of daily life here and nobody should be forced to accept this.

In Balochistan, if reporters challenge the government they turn up missing or dead, and even members of the government who speak out against the corruption are forcibly abducted in broad daylight and taken to torturous death.

This is unacceptable in every instance and the fact that Bangladesh's suffering is off the radar is the direct and blatant fault of western media which has become a toilet bowl of information providers. It is truly sickening what the press has become, FREE BALOCHISTAN!

Please accelerate your understanding of this ongoing Genocide and series of Crimes Against Humanity. The conflict in this region is known as "Pakistan's Dirty War" and it needs to be highly exposed in media channels, anything less is a crying shame.

The following is a Facebook message that included the artwork and inspired this writing:

Every day activists from places like Balochistan reach out to American media in desperate pleas to raise awareness of the state terrorism that faces them continually, only to fall on deaf ears. Salem-News.com will never ignore this suffering and we refuse to do anything but keep the matter right there in front of

Balochistan became independent in 1947, just like India and Pakistan. Please read the front page of The New York Times 1947. In fact M. Ali Jinnah was the first to congratulate the Baloch leaders then.

A year later Jinnah revoked his congratulations and sent in the Pakistani Army and annexed Balochistan by military force. The Khan who had no authority to sign any papers of accession with Pakistan was made an offer he couldn't refuse.

Balochistan, with 9m out of Pakistan’s 180m people, covers 47% the country’s territory and contains its most valuable deposits of gas, copper, iron ore and oil; covers 90% of the coastal areas of the country; it has a new deep water port, Gawadar, and provides a route for trade and pipelines to Central Asia.

Yet Balochistan is the country’s most impoverished province. Kidnapping, torture, murder- they are being used by the Pakistani govt. to ethnically cleanse the Baloch lands from Baloch people!

This genocide goes largely unreported. But it does give a flavour of who really calls the shots (literally) in Pakistan.

Where is the international arrest warrant?

So where is the ICC? Or are human rights irrelevant if they don't bother the West? "Bring these butchers to international justice, now!"

Even Pakistan Chief Justice of the Pak Supreme Court is determined to get these murderers. My friends, wake up and smell the tea, coffee or whatever you drink...Balochistan is going to get its independence very soon and those killers will wait in lines outside Balochistan embassies’ to seek visa for entry to get a job of laundry or driver should we allow them? Well it is not us to decide now, the time will tell.

(Editor: If you appreciate that artwork as much as I do, then watch this video about Palestinian freedom; its is the same story of oppression and determination, this is as fundamentally important as any media that you will ever watch.)
