Protest Against Police Corruption 12 June London

(LONDON) - On Tuesday 12th of JUNE we will be protesting outside the event 'Policing 2012 - accountability and results' - Central Hall, Westminster, LONDON SW1H 9NH This is following on from the very successful 'ABOLISH THE IPCC' protest on May 1st, which achieved a historic milestone of a Parliamentary Inquiry into this very suspect organisation. If we can achieve change in the police complaints system, we stand some chance of achieving accountability for when the police act criminally.

Second Private criminal Prosecution On Friday 8th of June I attended UXBRIDGE MAGISTRATES to lay information to commence a Private Criminal prosecution against the two police officers who unlawfully entered my home, STEPHEN MACDONALD & GARETH BLACKBURN. The charges I am laying is as follows;

- Affray, contrary to Sec.3 (1) & Sec.3 (2) of the Public Order Act 1986
- Burglary, contrary to Sec. 9 (1a) & (1b) of the Theft Act 1968

- Aggravated Burglary, contrary to Sec. 10 (1b) of the Theft Act 1968
- Misconduct in Public office contrary to the common law
- Kidnap contrary to the common law
- False Imprisonment contrary to the common law.

Please make every effort to come down on the 12th of JUNE, we will be there from 8am through to 6pm. Many Parliamentarians have expressed support for our protest and some have promised to come down and speak, notably John Hemming MP and Mark Pritchard MP.

What happened in court was rather extraordinary and very very suspect........ The District Judge, after hearing the information I laid decided to adjourn the matter until the 6th of JULY 2012 at 10am, she stated she was going to invite the METROPOLITAN POLICE to participate in the hearing. This raises some very serious constitutional issues and questions of the impartiality of the court system; Effectively what the judge is seeking to allow is a organisation which is not party to the hearing and never will be a party (as the charges are against the individuals named in the indictment) to participate. The METROPOLITAN POLICE have no standing in the matter and should never be permitted to participate. Moreover the laying of information is to start a case, so until it is started there is NO DEFENDANT, no parties. Effectively what the judge seeks to allow is the participation of potential defendants to challenge the laying of information against them. If this goes ahead it sets a very dangerous precedent, a precedent which means each and every person in the country can challenge whether a case against them will even start. Plainly the judge is acting in a partial way toward the police in extending to them such an offer. I assure you this situation is going to get very very interesting and shows the desperation to prevent officers going on trial. As you might imagine, if the information I had laid was not of a sufficient standard she could simply have refused my application. The fact she didn't shows that the information for the charges is good and the courts are seeking the support from the defendant's employers to stop this case...... GRAND JURY The role of the common law GRAND JURY is steeped in constitutional history, it's function has not been extinguished in England and is indeed still very much used in other common law jurisdictions such as the USA. I am seeking to constitute a GRAND JURY in the near future to consider the issue of the whether a case against BLACKBURN & MACDONALD ought to be commenced. To that end we will be seeking 25 upstanding men/women to form a GRAND JURY and consider the information in the case. It will be their decision as to whether an indictment will be issued, watch this space for developments. Other criminal investigations A number of people are currently under criminal investigation for their involvement in certain aspects of my case. It's like "touching a tar baby" where their involvement in covering up or interfering in earlier criminal matters leaves them in their own sticky situation. One example is as follows; In my original trial I was accused of harassment by the police commander's secretary (she's currently on trial) and also my former wife. The allegations made against me by my former wife are also 'completely false' and this was reported into the police with supporting compelling evidence. In time the police failed to investigate and in turn I questioned their actions. After two years and numerous 'excuses' as to why they refused to investigate, I have discovered a very incriminating email.... The police secretaries (TRACEY MURPHY) boss in Hillingdon police, MANDY GOULD, emailed the investigating officer stating the following; - that the matter relating to my former wife had already been investigated and found to be 'no case to answer'. This is a plain falsity and shows prima facia evidence of interference in a criminal investigation... MANDY GOULD is now under investigation for her actions. My case is littered with similar examples, all of which will be told in good time. I assure you as always what is to come will be far worse than you already are aware.
