Salem Attorney Gets 5-Years Probation For Sexual Abuse

(SALEM) - The Marion County District Attorney`s office says a judge Wednesday morning found former Salem Attorney Michael Pacheco guilty on three counts of misdemeanor sexual abuse.

The 52-year-old, was accused of sexually abusing two female employees, and attempting to force himself on a third, then a teenager at his law office.

Under the sentence, Pacheco must register as a sex offender, and undergo sex offender treatment.

He is expected to be released later today from the Marion County Jail after spending more than a year in lock-up since his arrest.
