(HARRISVILLE, N.H.) - John F. Kennedy once stated "It has been said the greatest volume of sheer brainpower in one place occurred when Jefferson dined alone...."

It is with that statement in mind that I submit the following nine quotes from Thomas Jefferson for your review, your thought, and your consideration:

If the American people ever allow private banks to control the issue of their currency, first by inflation, then by deflation, the banks and corporations that will grow up around the banks will deprive the people of all property until their children wake-up homeless on the continent their fathers conquered.”

I believe these quotes to be timeless in their meaning and well worth giving thought to . . . but, that is just my opinion!
