I-5 Northbound in Portland Now Open

(PORTLAND, Ore. ) - A semi hauling metal has flipped in the Terwilliger Curves on I-5 northbound, blocking all lanes of traffic.
It is not known when the lanes will be reopened.
Northbound traffic to detour at Highway 217 and I-205.
All lanes have re-opened.
