My heart is bleeding for the utility. Utilities are the biggest thieves around. I believe that every American should get $75.00 of free electricy a month. We get nothing for our taxes in this country. Most of your Federal Taxes goes to pay the interest on the national debt which is paid to the Federal Reserve for printing money out of nothing (via the Treasury) and then charging interest on it. I am sure these guys took too much but Americans put so much into the system and most of it is wasted on government contracted corporations that over-bill and are in bed with Congress and other officials. As far as a carbon tax for Global Warming...watch the price of gas really go through the roof. Do you really think that large Corporations are going to wind up footing the bill?
