FBI Asking For The Public's Help in Identifying Serial Robber

(ALBANY) - The FBI is offering a reward of up to $2,500 for information leading to the identification, arrest and conviction of a suspected serial bank robber.

The man is wanted in connection with three bank robberies in Albany, Eugene and Springfield.

The first robbery happened on April 21st at 11:22 AM.

A man walked into the Northwest Community Credit Union located at 707 Waverly SE in Albany, demanded cash and received cash.

He was seen leaving the credit union on foot with an undisclosed amount.

The second robbery happened at about 9:00 AM on May 2nd, at the U.S. Bank located at 1717 W. 7th in Eugene.

In this incident, a suspect approached three employees as they were opening an office detached from the main bank. He threatened the employees with a gun, but left on foot without getting any cash.

The third robbery happened on May 11th, at 1:10 PM.

The robber walked into Liberty Bank, located at 1008 Harlow Road in Springfield.

He demanded cash, received cash and left the bank on foot.

Witnesses describe the suspect as: white, 5'7" - 5'11", 180-200 pounds, dark and graying hair, clean shaven, in his late 40's to early 50's.

In the first robbery, the suspect wore a blue and white-checked button-up shirt.

In the second robbery, the suspect wore a black zip-up windbreaker with a white stripe, a black baseball cap with an unknown white logo, and, possibly, blue jogging pants.

In the third robbery, the suspect wore a dark colored baseball hat with an American flag logo and a yellow shirt with what appears to be "NSI jeans" on the front.

In two of the robberies he wore glasses.
