WA County Oregon's Abuse to An Innocent Woman

Another victim of Oregon's "justice system" being targeted by state officials and police, needs your help.

(SALEM) - In January 2010 Salem-News.com carried an article about Kimberly Petitt, an African-American woman in Oregon who was suffering extremely objectionable treatment by Oregon officials and a care home that caused the woman to lose almost all of her worldly belongings. I produced video reports about Kimberly Petitt's story, but our account with YouTube was politically targeted and closed down with more than 500 important videos and news reports shortly after those reports were produced. Sadly, to this day, I have been unable to recover the original video files. Now there is a new chance to learn the story of one of Oregon's most unfortunate women, and also help out, she truly needs it if any person in the state of Oregon does.

An injured woman was previously left to rot in a motel room in Springfield, Oregon by a nursing home located in Eugene, Oregon, and the State of Oregon also in Eugene.

The nursing home administrator was responsible for the theft of the disabled woman's property that he was paid for to move from Lincoln City, Oregon to Eugene. The injured woman was finally moved from a fleabag motel in Springfield, Oregon to recuperation and rehabilitation in a nursing home in Forest Grove, Oregon.

In preparation for her discharge, the nursing home's Social Services Director, Stephanie Lawrence, and State of Oregon DHS Office Case Manager, Jane Moore of Hillsboro, Oregon, represented the care provider as licensed, "having no blemishes, no complaints against her of record; she has an impeccable reputation with an excellent record; no violations".

Later it was learned, these claims were farthest from the truth.

Instead this provider, Nola Henderson, turned out to be unlicensed, extremely violent and committed many acts of abuse and assault in/around the unlicensed foster care home to the victim and other victims who resided in the home. She also engaged in other unlawful conduct. The home was also infested with ants.

The victim endured disconnection of utilities, and even worse, was threatened and assaulted by the unlicensed provider. The provider also committed theft of all of the victim's valuables, including her wheelchair and electric mobility chair, and even stole her beautiful pet bunny rabbit, but the police refused to take any action. The victim was threatened by the provider on many occasions. The victim also called police on a number of occasions to report the threats, criminal harassment and assaults by the predator the State misrepresented as a licensed care provider.

The victim regularly witnessed the predator attack other elderly persons in the unlicensed home, but the State refused to take any action; neither did the Washington County Sheriff. The predator/care provider always bragged about "how she knew how to break a person's neck with her bare hands and get away with it". The care provider also allowed the utilities to be shut off in the home because she refused to pay the bills timely; as a result the victim was unable to properly bathe in the home.

The predatory care provider was involved in a very dysfunctional, most violent relationship with her live-in off/on again boyfriend and together they routinely engaged in severe beatings and other abuse to two small Dachshunds they claim to own, on a daily basis. The provider also abused and beat up her live-in boyfriend and threatened anyone else including the victim to shut up about it.

The care provider began to threaten assault the victim, but the Washington County Sheriff's Dept. refused to take any action. Instead two very corrupt, dishonest, rogue deputies (Matthew Prince and Justin Pelleterri) proceeded to assault the victim who called them for help, then arrest her falsely claiming she aimed a firearm at not only the violent predator care provider, but then later lied in their police report now claiming the victim aimed a firearm at them, namely Pelleterri.

The victim is meek and did not aim a firearm at anyone and is aware of her 2nd Amendment Right -- the right to bear arms and protect oneself if your life is in danger, but the victim has no record of any kind, not even a traffic violation and the State of Oregon is aware of this.

The victim is now facing false felony charges that never occurred, but with one flick of pen and paper, and a deceptive, most unlawful mindset, did the two deputies produce a false and misleading police report in order to cover up their (esp. Matthew Prince') brutal assault onto the disabled victim, forcing her to be taken by ambulance to the emergency room in the hospital after she endured their police brutal assault.

The victim has been legally fighting for her good name, her freedom and what is right, for justice for nearly two years now with incompetent court appointed counsel who does little or nothing to ensure she has an adequate, proper defense that will represent her to the fullest extent of the law.

She has contacted the court and even offered a polygraph test, and to meet with the prosecution to tell the truth, but they will not respond, or the State of Oregon refused to pay for her to take a polygraph test citing senseless reasons for not honoring her request.

She is unable to afford the $400 for a polygraph. The victim is asking for your help so that she can afford a polygraph test, and a proper defense that will fight for her, and bring forth an action/motion for dismissal based on her constitutional rights being egregiously violated; namely, 2nd, 4th, 5th, 6th, and 8th rights.

Will you step forward and donate any amount you can that will help her acquire a defense team, at least counsel that will truly stand up for her and stop this egregious injustice to her?

The DA has lied on the victim with anything that comes to mind; not having any evidence, any proof to back up the lies and false allegations brought against the victim anytime she must come before the court. The woman has also been arrested for not being informed of crucial court dates by her previous degenerate, incompetent, malicious counsel. The victim has filed formal civil rights complaints to the Washington County Sheriff, Washington County Circuit Court, Oregon Dept. of Justice, and more recently to the US Dept. of Justice located in Washington, DC.

The first three located in Oregon have simply refused to respond as such is the common case in Oregon when it comes to victims who are otherwise indigent and/or disabled, and the complaint to US DOJ in WA DC is currently pending.
