Is This a Chem-Bomb Being Dropped Near San Diego?

In a split second a white ball blew outward, caught in this shot just as it happens, what was it?

(SAN DIEGO) - Salem-News.com Journalist Robert O'Dowd sent this video report to our newsroom today, showing what the photographers suggest could appear to be a "Chem bomb" dropped on San Diego on 17 January 2014. Mr. O'Dowd commented, "It is unlikely that anyone will report this in the major media." He is right, however this is the type of information that millions of Internet users are searching for.

At one point, the white sphere explodes, emptying its contents over housing in San Diego.

The video reporter said, "What is this that exploded near San Diego? I filmed this while filming chem planes spraying very low and the object appeared after the second, higher, trail was laid. Whatever fell from the object rained down into a very urban area full of houses. I have no idea what to think at this point."

Whatever it was, there is no question people just don't see this type of occurrence in Southern California, or any other place for that matter. We do live in an age of chemtrails that are regularly sprayed across the California sky, I am one of the few reporters who has worked in the Sacramento area, publishing news day after day outside with a laptop observing this activity. In this case, it is fortunate that the event was recorded on video and analyzed, it should raise a lot of interest.

Dr. Phil Leveque, a Forensic Toxicologist, says, "It could be titanium oxide for example, that is what they use for some types of smoke grenades, there are all sorts of chemicals used in this process, it could be flour, it could be any number of things." He added, "During our basic training in WWII they used to have the planes bomb us with five pound bags of flour, that will wake you up real quick In that event it hits the ground and powder flies all over the place."
