(SALEM, Ore.) - The ISIS Leadership Council appointed Mohammed bin Rashid Abdullah bin Zayed al Roqir, known as Abu Zayed, as the Emir for The Caucasus Emirate and Salahuddin Shishani as his deputy. According to the report, Abu Bakr al-Baghdadi in an ISIS Leadership Council meeting, commemorated Muhammad Suleymanov as one of ISIS' Mujahed, who has already pledged allegiance to ISIS. He stressed the necessity to take revenge for him on the Russian government and he plans to introduce the new Emir in a week. Following Baghdadi's speech, the ISIS leadership council appointed Mohammed bin Rashid Abdullah bin Zayed al Roqir, known as Abu Zayed, as the Emir of the Caucasus Emirate. Also Salahuddin Shishani, who is now the leader of a group in Syria, which has over a thousand people, should go to Georgia to the ISIS operational headquarters in the Caucasus Mountains. _________________________________________
