Unprecedented Increase of Fear Among Jews in East Jerusalem

More than 60 percent of Jews believe Israel and PA are behind these conflicts and insecurity, according to the poll.

(TEL AVIV) - According to the poll carried out by the Israeli Knesset, of every two Israelis, one believes that Arab areas of East Jerusalem should be transferred to the full control of the Palestinian Authority.

Also, 58 percent of survey participants in response to this question that 'whether they agree that government should revoke the rights of Arabs of East Jerusalem who joined Israel' said 'yes', and 38 percent believed that Israel should not carry such action.

Also in response to the question about imposing costs on Israel to control Arab areas of East Jerusalem, 50 percent of Israelis said that Arab areas of East Jerusalem should be transferred to the full control of the Palestinian Authority and 41 percent said that it should not be done by government.

Jews are mingled with fear and apprehension and what is utmost important to them is survival and security. More than 60 percent of Jews believe Israel and PA are behind these conflicts and insecurity, according to the poll.
