Photographic Evidence - Okinawa Marines

Anyone "out there" in possession of photographic evidence of this material being received, cleaned and re-stocked on Okinawa during that time frame, or even later (I'm sure other Marines are going to come forward)?

Marine Corps

(WASHINGTON, DC) - I'm working to assist a former Marine now living in New York who was with Service Battalion, Third Marine Division on Okinawa in 1969 - 1970. He was involved in receiving, cleaning and placing inventory equipment (vehicles, clothing and other static material) being returned from Vietnam to the 3rdMarDiv headquarters on Okinawa after our combat Marines began pulling out of Vietnam in 1969.

He is now facing a number of health problems, including neurological disabilities, as a result of prolonged exposure to materials covered with all sorts of toxic substances (including but not limited to our old friend Agent Orange) while doing his job.

Anyone "out there" in possession of photographic evidence of this material being received, cleaned and re-stocked on Okinawa during that time frame, or even later (I'm sure other Marines are going to come forward)?

Anything received will be acknowledged and help this Marine (and maybe others) with a claim for service-connected entitlements.

Sadly people have been fighting the VA claims on this for a long time. Photos would be great if they could find some.

You mean the VA is going to accept this as evidence for AG disability rating?
