Crash Sends Four to The Hospital

Three others involved in the crash were not injured.

(Salem) - Woodburn police are investigating a two vehicle head on crash that sent four people to the hospital yesterday.

Just after 7:30 PM, the Woodburn Fire District responded to a two vehicle head on crash in the 1400 block of Silverton Ave in Woodburn.

On arrival the crew found the two vehicles blocking the road.

A passenger car with 5 occupants and an SUV with 2.

The initial response was 1 engine and 1 ambulance.

The alarm was upgraded to include 2 more ambulances and another engine.

Four patients were transported by Woodburn Ambulances and three patients were evaluated at the scene and did not require transporting.

The incident is being investigated by the Woodburn Police Department.
