Amber Alert for Baby Boy and Babysitter in Arizona Canceled

(SURPRISE, Az.) - The State of Arizona canceled the Amber Alert early this afternoon after the boy and the suspect were found safe in Avondale. No further information is available at this time.

The Surprise Police Department issued the Amber Alert for a missing 20-month old boy and his 15-year old baby sitter. The State of Arizona issued an Amber Alert early Thursday morning after the boy was apparently abducted in Surprise.

The suspect was described as 15-year old Amanda Nicole Rainey, a white female with dark hair and brown eyes. She is 5'7, 135 pounds and last seen wearing dark shirt with the word LOVE in silver letters on the front.
