Last Chance to Give Input on Salem-Keizer School District Budget

(Salem) - The public has one last chance to provide feedback on the 2006-07 budget parameters and to get more information on the Salem-Keizer School District`s current budget.

A public forum is set for 6:30 PM on Wednesday, March 1st at North Salem High School.

The forum will begin with an overview presentation of the current budget followed by an input session.

At the February 14th School Board meeting, the Board took action on the Budget Parameters for 2006-07.

These parameters are based on the recommendations from the Budget Advisory Team. Superintendent Baker and district staff use these parameters to establish a proposed budget.
