God is Neutral

TRUE GOD IS NEUTRAL, not a champion of the Republican Party.

(PASO ROBLES, Calif.) - The confusion surrounding the nature of God is due to the difference between the Universal concept of an unknowable God vs. Christianity‘s “Institutional God”

Christianity evolved out of Judaism as a cult within the Judaic tradition. Christians devised a plan to supersede Judaism with a more universal religion; the Catholic Church and Jesus [when he agreed to die for the cause] was anointed the Christ, symbol of Christianity from whom the coterie took its name.

The Republican [Party of God] and the Evangelists who control it, pretend to speak for Jesus [Christianity] in a manner that objects to anything or anyone who does not conform to its persuasion, and rudely denounces all who would prevent it from regaining control of the national government.

President George W. Bush was less the decider he claimed to be than a puppet during his Administrations until Katrina’s destruction of New Orleans opened his eyes to the fact that - “Jesus is in Heaven, all’s right with the world” - is not the cure-all his faithful believes it to be, but which Tea Party leaders imply is true when they argue in favor of their “let go, and let Jesus” philosophy.

The Gospels of Matthew: 21; 1-11 and Mark: 11; 1-10, speak of the untamed ass Jesus rode into Jerusalem as a “worthy bearer of Divinity.” Today, disciples who accept on faith the opinions of pretenders are also worthy-bearers no more aware of what they are supporting than was the ass Jesus rode.

The Conservative-base of the Republican Party is committed to its Christian-givens and dutifully accepts what it is told by Party and Evangelists who consider themselves part of an homogenized whole subject to Christianity’s Apostolic Oneness.

Democrats tend more toward the Age of Enlightenment that emerged with the Reformation, and being more open minded accommodate, rather than commit, to political circumstance.

TRUE GOD IS NEUTRAL, not a champion of the Republican Party. God doesn’t oversee functions He designed to perform independently, anymore than He does the human brain which He expects to be used intelligently. But politics, Christianity, and humans obsessed with their own agenda are disruptive of the will of the True God and impose on others, if they can, their contradictory views, as Tea Party enthusiasts hope to do in Nashville.

They blame Democrats as being cerebral contrarians to their opinion of God, when in fact their abusive obstructionism and worldly desire is the greatest threat to Americans' way of life.

That's interesting.. Who can be called Christians at all? People, saying that Easter means hunting for bunny eggs and Christmas-decorating lawns with cartoon characters? Good half of the prison population consider themselves deeply religious. It's not Christ's problem if people want to affiliate His name with their particular party. Nobody would call an identity thief their son or daughter just for the reason that they used their name to steal goods. I would be glad to know that the thief got some happy hours in jail.

I will also add I have met a few aware Christians , but most are less aware than a twice baked potato , because they are only half baked .

Ken I have to disagree , the ass Jesus rode was much more aware than most modern Christians !

In my humble opinion, God's name too often is used in vain for a very simple reason to make somebody's personal idea look more attractive. There's a phrase 'if you want to make God laugh, tell Him about your life plans'. It perfectly fits in our present situation. To ask for God's blessing on military equipment is a mockery as much as praying for successful business for a strip club.

Ken, I always appreciate your point of view.

I live near an evangelical church. Anyone know how I can keep them from knocking on my door and attaching pamplets to it. I keep telling them I am not interested in their God and if I want to worship, I would prefer a Goddess. But the thing that really gets me is occasionally they take over the street. I'll be on my way home, not knowing they are having some big thing? going on and they've closed my street and I have to turn around and enter my street from the other direction. How are they able to claim control of a city street and refuse those who live on that street entry? I've thought next time this happens I am going to call the police and ask if it is legal for them to do this. And as they like pamplets so much, the least they could do is leave one to warn us they are going to take control of a city street.
