Linn County Makes Drug Bust in Albany

Seized in the raid were dealer amounts of methamphetamine, marijuana, scales, packaging material and drug paraphernalia.

(ALBANY) - Thursday, the Linn Drug Task Force executed a search warrant at 640 SW 3rd Avenue in Albany.

According to Linn County Sheriff Tim Mueller, seized in the raid were dealer amounts of methamphetamine, marijuana, scales, packaging material and drug paraphernalia.

44-year old Robert Lindsay Tamayo and 42-year old Lisa Ann Anderson were arrested at the scene. Both of them live at the Albany residence.

Both Tamayo and Anderson were charged with Unlawful Delivery of Methamphetamine, Unlawful Possession of Methamphetamine and Unlawful Delivery of Marijuana. They were lodged in Linn County Jail.

The Linn Drug Task Force is comprised of Detectives and Officers from the Linn County Sheriff’s Office, Albany Police Department, Lebanon Police Department and the Sweet Home Police Department.
