We're All Affected by the Weather

Unless meteorologists broaden their understanding of weather, and scientists embrace logical ideas, it will be years before the Earth's weather is fully understood.

Weather affects everyone and everything on earth.

(SAN DIEGO) - In a NASA program in February, 2001, Professor Douglas Gough, University of Cambridge, said: “We are just beginning to understand how the Earth’s atmosphere operates. We’re beginning to understand meteorology as a result of detailed observations from space. Now we’re going to understand the motions on the Sun. It could be a phenomenon similar to what’s happening on Earth and it will, I believe, herald a new era of solar meteorology.”

I have a written opinion from a professional meteorological consultant, Virginia Bigler, dated Aug 7, 1978, in which she states: “I have examined Mr. Chromie’s hypothesis in areas of meteorological concern only. The phenomena he has listed for me are satisfactorily explained by current and proven scientific theory and data.”

This professional opinion that the meteorologists were satisfied with their understanding of meteorology was written over 22 years before the NASA scientists stated they are just beginning to understand meteorology.

The opinion was in response to 56 questions and data pertaining to meteorology and other aspects of the universe that I paid Virginia Bigler to evaluate. Along with the questions was a full page illustration depicting the jet stream and the swirling winds around high and low pressure areas in multicolored circles with what I determined must be a magnetic field current loop connecting the high and low pressure areas. At the top of the page was a notation:

“This shows the known, measured currents around the Earth in different colors plus an energy loop that has gone unnoticed but the high and low pressure areas and the circular winds around them demand its presence.”

Unfortunately, over 30 years later, the scientists still do not recognize the magnetic field current loop that connects and causes the swirling winds around the high and low pressure areas even though the SOHO, IMAGE, TRACE and POLAR satellites have detected and photographed the same phenomenon on the Sun..

In a July 13, 1980, two years after Virginia Bigler’s opinion, in a New York Times article, it stated: “On the surface of the Sun there appear to be fast flowing ‘rivers’ and drifting magnetic ‘continents’. Sunspots tend to appear in east-west pairs with a high arching magnetic loop between them.

In the Northern Hemisphere, leading spots in the sun’s rotation are now positive and trailing ones are negative. In the Southern Hemisphere the pattern is reversed. Some magnetic disturbances on Earth occur four to six days after the disappearance of a ‘filament’ on the sun. Such filaments lie along boundaries between ‘continents’ of opposite magnetic polarity.

Filaments, when seen rising from the side of the sun appear as walls of glowing gas.” The tremendous energy of the Sun makes these loops visible by stimulating the gases in their vicinity to a glowing, visible state of excitement.

Virginia Bigler rejected my concept that the jet stream was caused by the swirling magnetic field current created around the primary magnetic field current flowing through the core of the Earth. She said the jet stream wind was caused by the rising heat from the surface of the Earth which “throws the air up and 300 miles per hour ahead of the Earth’s 1,000 miles per hour speed of rotation at the surface.”

The high and low pressure areas also travel eastward faster than the 1,000 mph rotational speed of the surface of the Earth. Nobody can ever demonstrate how you can spin a sphere of any kind and any size and cause the air surrounding the sphere to travel faster than the surface speed of the sphere. Conversely, it is normal for a swirling magnetic field current traveling around the Earth at near the speed of light to pull the molecules of air with its flow at a slower speed.

When clouds are formed, the hydrogen and oxygen atoms are lighter and rise into the atmosphere. However, once the water droplets are formed, they become heavier than the air beneath the clouds. Yet, tons of water in the clouds drifts lazily across the sky. Low pressure areas generally occur under a cloudy sky with high humidity.

This should make the air heavier with a higher barometer reading. A low barometer reading should mean that the air is lighter and thinner and less able to support the tons of water in the clouds.

And high pressure areas are conventionally explained to be caused by “a mountain of air”. A low pressure area is conventionally explained as being caused by rising heat, which should create a “mountain of air”. A low pressure area is generally under a cloudy sky with high humidity. That should make the air colder and heavier.

These are very clear contradictions that cannot be adequately explained under conventional wisdom. With my concept, the low pressure is created by the upward flow of the magnetic field current energy loop that partially negates the pull of gravity on the atoms and molecules of air as the loop rises from the Earth.

The high pressure is created by the magnetic field current energy loop as the energy flows back downward toward the Earth. The upward flow of the energy loop also lifts the water molecules and negates the pull of gravity on them, keeping them in the sky.

Only with this concept is it possible to have cold, moist air producing a lower barometer reading and hot dry air producing a higher barometer reading.

Also, the meteorologists explain that wind travels from the high pressure area to the low pressure area. However, the winds circulate clockwise around a high pressure area and counterclockwise around a low pressure area. In keeping with “the rule of thumb” used to determine the direction of flow of electricity through a wire, if you wrap the fingers of your right hand in the direction of flow of the wind around a low pressure area, your thumb will point toward the sky with the primary upward flow of the magnetic field current loop.

And, if you place the fingers of your right hand in the direction of flow of the wind around a high pressure area, your thumb will point downward toward the ground with the primary flow of the energy loop. There is a vast difference between rising heat and a rising magnetic field current flow.

This rule of thumb test is in accordance with a laboratory experiment reported in the Boys Book of Science published in the early 1900’s. It states, “When a high voltage current is forced through a wire it produces a swirling magnetic field current flowing around the wire, always clockwise, when viewed with the direction of flow of primary current through the wire.” These circular winds are conventionally explained by meteorologists as caused by the Earth’s rotation.

However, on the same day and often only hours apart, a low pressure area will move through a specific area of Earth with the wind circulating counterclockwise and a high pressure area will move through exactly the same area and the winds will circulate clockwise.

And, the Earth rotates at a constant speed while the speed of the wind varies from zero to hundreds of miles per hour. So, this absolutely cannot be caused by the Earth’s rotation and circulate in opposite directions. Only the variable intensity of the magnetic field current loop can create this vast difference in speed.

An article in the San Diego Tribune dated Dec. 14, 1987 stated:

“As physicists debate conflicting evidence that a new ‘fifth force’ is at work in the cosmos, Air Force researchers report finding yet a sixth basic force. The deviation in gravitational effects measured on and around a 2,000-foot television tower near Raleigh, N.C. followed a clear pattern indicating that not only is there a fifth force, but there is a sixth force as well. The forces are rather weak and seem to work in connection with gravity. But while the still controversial fifth force seems to slightly contradict the pull of gravity, the sixth force apparently boosts it. Both work only over distances measured in hundreds of yards.”

Scripps scientist John Hildebrand said:

“The compelling thing here is that we have a very fundamental constant (gravity), and our ideas about it are still very uncertain. Until recently, we have lacked the tools to find them. The effect is quite small – equal to five units of gravity per 10 million units. It’s not much, but it is something.”

In my attempt to convey to the scientists the importance of the magnetic field current, I paid to publish an article in the local San Diego newspaper, Sun News, on January 17, 1979. A portion of the article was:

"Scientists are confused as to how a thunderstorm creates electrical energy. They have it backwards simply because of the order of visual appearance. The consistent counterclockwise wind around a low pressure area (the main flow being upward) indicates the presence of electrical energy long before the storm is visually apparent. The increasing intensity of electrical energy upward lowers the barometric pressure and increases the wind velocity.”

The “fifth and sixth force” is created by this energy loop that is still being ignored or unnoticed by the scientists.

In essence, I used the Earth’s weather patterns and the characteristics of electromagnetic energy to develop my hypothesis that has served to extrapolate into the precise patterns discovered years later on Jupiter, Saturn and the Sun. For those who have tried my demonstration of rubbing a piece of polyethylene to produce a charge of static electricity and used the magnetic field current surrounding the static electricity to stimulate the gases in a fluorescent tube to a glowing, visible state of excitement can notice that the magnetic field current and gases are totally invisible to begin with and you cannot feel it. But the visible glow it creates proves that both the gases and the current are very real.

Similarly, I used the very evident swirling winds around the high and low pressure areas to realize that there is an invisible energy loop that creates these winds.

Now, the scientists are using the electromagnetic patterns they have recently discovered on the Sun in their quest to “begin understanding how the Earth’s atmosphere operates.”

However, they have their cause and effect reversed.

The scientists believe that the plasma moves the magnetic field current loops around on the surface of the Sun when, in fact, it is the movement of the magnetic field current that creates the glowing plasma in the first place and the glowing plasma follows the movement of the current. Unfortunately, as long as the meteorologists continue to believe they have a satisfactory explanation of everything about the weather and the scientific community continues to have such a firm aversion to magnetic field current because they seem to consider it to be a dirty word, it will be many more years before the weather on Earth is fully understood...
