(EUGENE, Ore.) - The first half of the Civil War will be the talk when the week begins. As the game neared halftime, Oregon's Ducks who were down 14 points, suddenly scored two touchdowns to bring the score to 21-21.

Oregon's Garren Strong singlehandedly and without interruption made the touchdown and the extra point that tied them with the Beavers before halftime. He is playing for his brother he said, who just passed away from a battle with cancer.

The Ducks had used little in the way of time outs, so they entered the second half of the game in prime form with their fans on their feet and roaring.

Oregon in the third quarter continued to move forward, raising the score to 28-21.

The Ducks jumped from behind and then into the lead, but the Beavers scored a touchdown and extra point, looking good at this point but in the third quarter it could be anyone's game.

In the fourth quarter, with 14:43 left in the game, the score is tied 28-28.

It's a great Civil War so far, a great game that will be memorable for many plays.
