It’s Take Your Dog to The Movies Night in Independence Saturday

(DALLAS) - The Willamette Humane Society is inviting you to take your dog to the movies with the Hill’s Science Diet DogFest Film Festival on Saturday, August 19th at the Riverview Park Amphitheater in Independence.

Gates open at 7:00 PM with vendors and activities for dogs and dog lovers.

The DogFest movie is a 60-minute compilation of family-friendly independent short movies or documentaries featuring dogs with messages that focus on dogs. The movie will begin at 8:45 PM.

Buy your tickets in advance and receive a FREE 5lb. bag of Science Diet dog food and get entered into a raffle for a $50 gift certificate to Davenport’s Den.

Tickets are $5 for adults.

Children 3-12 are $3.

Children under 3 and dogs are free!

Troy, The place is in Independence. I am going to correct the story to reflect that but I won't duck any bullets, because our information was too vague. Sorry you had to catch that for us, but thanks. For anyone just joining us, the story earlier stated that the event was being held "in Dallas."
