Marion County Investigators Seek Suspect in Woodburn Shooting

(WOODBURN, Ore.) - The Marion County Sheriff's Office is investigating a shooting that occurred Friday, just after 10:00 p.m. at 12042 Carl Road outside of Woodburn.

Deputy District Attorney Jodi Bureta says the shooting resulted in the death of a 32-year old Woodburn man whose name has not been released pending notification of next of kin.

Bureta says investigators are seeking the public's assistance in locating the suspect, 31-year old Ricardo Paniagua-Angeles whose whereabouts are unknown at this time.

Paniagua-Angeles was last seen driving a green 1997 Honda two-door, with Oregon license plate ZQK 870.
