(GRESHAM, Ore.) - Police in Gresham are investigating a homicide involving an infant who they say was taken to Mt. Hood Medical Center on Saturday March 29th by ambulance. The young victim was then transported to Emanuel Hospital in Portland, where he later died. The East County Major Crimes Team was activated to assist in the investigation. Julian Wear, who was just over one month old, was pronounced dead on 03-31-08 at about 10:00 PM. Detectives believe the incident occurred in Gresham. Sgt. Claudio Grandjean with Gresham Police says there is no further information available on the case, and it remains under investigation.
