Former Deputy Arrested for Criminal Mistreatment and Assault, Four Year Old in Critical Condition‏

The 4 year old boy, the son of Michael Abo's girlfriend, was transported to OHSU via Life Flight helicopter and remains in critical condition. Investigators believe that the injuries to the 4 year old were a result of physical abuse caused by Mr. Abo.

(MCMINNVILLE) - Michael Shane Abo, 29 years of age, was arrested early this morning during the execution of a search warrant at 420 NW Evans Street in Sheridan, Oregon.

Abo was taken into custody without incident and lodged at the Yamhill County Correctional Facility.
