(WASHINGTON DC) - Veterans United for Truth An en banc panel of the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals has issued its decision in our case brought on behalf of veterans suffering from Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD).

In its decision, the Ninth Circuit held that a federal statute closes the courthouse door to constitutional claims by veterans.

WWII Soldier Killed in Foxhole Fighting Germans, Will be Returned to the U.S.

Gerald "Mike" Kight's mother always said he would come home, and she was right.

(PORTLAND, OR) - Oregonian Gerald An incredible story about a recovered World War Two Veteran was published by The Oregonian Tuesday.

Mike Francis wrote about the recovery of the remains and final return home, for a handsome 23-year old soldier with the U.S. Army's 82nd Airborne, named Gerald 'Mike' Knight.

Although the Infantry had its share of glory, many men had to pay for it.

(MOLALLA, OR) - Members of the 89th Infantry in WWII Phil Leveque, who fought in the 89th Infantry Division (some members shown to the right), wrote, We were driven by the belief that we had to defeat an obscene enemy to get to go home.

It was General Ridgeway of the Paratroopers said with conviction... "The best military weapon is the American Infantryman."
