Hundreds of Oregonians Occupied 23 post offices across the state on Monday in response to the United States Postal Service’s threat to close 21 rural post offices.

A Lifeflight helicopter was used to transport the single male patient from the area to Emanuel Hospital in Portland.

A pilot received injuries today when his single-seat, light aircraft crashed northwest of Saint Helens, Oregon, approximately 5 miles northwest of the Scappoose Airport.
