Aumsville Man Gets Lengthy Prison Term for Assaulting 6-Month-Old Boy

(SALEM, Ore. ) - A former Oregon National Guard Soldier from Aumsville will spend nearly nine years in prison for assaulting his ex-girlfriends 6-month-old son.

Robert Pinsky was convicted of first-degree assault in a Marion County Courtroom and Judge Vance Day sentenced Pinksy to 105 months in prison, and he is not able to receive any time off of his Measure 11 sentence.
