Oregon State to Meet Ohio State to Kick-Off 2018 Season

Ohio State has won both previous meetings in Columbus, 22-14 in 1984 and 51-10 in 1974.

(CORVALLIS, Ore. ) - The Oregon State Beavers and The Ohio State Buckeyes will open the 2018 football season in Columbus, Beaver Director of Athletics Bob De Carolis announced Thursday.

The game is set for Sept. 1 of Labor Day Weekend at Ohio Stadium, the fourth-largest venue in college football with a current capacity of 104,944.

(BEAVERTON, Ore. ) - Oregon State senior quarterback Sean Mannion will serve as a camp counselor at the Elite 11 Quarterback Camp at the Nike World Headquarters in Beaverton, Oregon.

The Elite 11 Camp features 18 standout high school quarterbacks from around the nation that have been evaluated through a selection process at regional events earlier this year.
