(EUGENE, Ore. ) - Oregon Duck Football In junior Byron Marshall and sophomore Thomas Tyner, the Ducks boast what NFL.com calls the best running back tandem in the Pac-12 entering the 2014 season.

Marshall was Oregon’s leading rusher in 2013 with 1,038 yards, despite missing most of the final two regular-season games due to injury.

Three Oregon Players Among Rimington, Mackey Award Nominees

Also Tuesday, junior Pharaoh Brown and sophomore Johnny Mundt were named to the preseason watch list for the John Mackey Award.

(EUGENE, Ore. ) - Oregon Ducks Football Senior center Hroniss Grasu and two young tight ends were the latest Ducks named to preseason awards watch lists, as announced Tuesday.

Grasu was previously announced in May as a member of the watch list for the Rimington Trophy, which again released its list of preseason nominees Tuesday. Grasu was a finalist last season for the award, which goes to the nation’s best center.
