Head-On Crash Kills Motorcycle Rider and Teen PassengerSalem-News.comThe Washington County Crash Analysis Reconstruction Team was called to the scene and is continuing to investigate. (NORTH PLAINS, Ore.) -
Two people were killed instantly when the motorcycle they were riding collided head-on with a pick-up truck. Thursday at about 3:30 p.m. The North Plains Police Department responded to the scene.
