The Drug War`s Big Lie

Ted Nugent can be anti-drug, good on him. But if he wishes to wave the flag while doing so, he needs to know that that flag represents we the people, not the bumbling behemoth our government has become.

(EUGENE, Ore.) - Salem-News.com In a tragically silly column in the Waco (TX) Tribune, Ted Nugent declares that President Obama should have picked him for the job of heading the White House Office of No Drug Control Policy (ONDCP). He summed up his ineloquent Prohibitionist stance with this statement:

"Every American who smokes dope, manufactures, buys or sells meth or uses any illegal drug is aiding and abetting the enemies of America. Case closed."

Mr. Nugent needs to put the computer keyboard down and stick with his guitar and his bow and arrows. He obviously doesn't understand the plate of drug policy slime he feeds from when he spouts such nonsense

PTSD Sissies and the Most Decorated World War Two Veteran: Audie Murphy

To see if I was on the right track, I Googled PTSD SISSIES on my computer and there it was, including several miserable articles stating in effect that PTSD just like the holocaust did not/does not occur.

(MOLALLA, Ore.) - Audie Murphy I have had many email responses to my articles on PTSD and disgusting medical mis-management by the Army and the VA. Some emails say PTSD Vets are just whiners and wimps, it’s only in their heads and trash like that.

Well to start with the PTSD demons ARE in our heads and they are stuck there. Medical articles state that PTSD symptoms reappear even 50 years later. I can attest as they are still with me after 65 years.

MPP Condemns Prison Sentence for Medical Marijuana Defendant Charles C. Lynch

Law-Abiding Medical Marijuana Collective Was Licensed by City.

(LOS ANGELES, Calif.) - Chuck Lynch talking to reporters after a prior court appearance. The Marijuana Policy Project strongly condemned today's federal sentencing of Charles C. Lynch, a California medical marijuana provider who worked scrupulously to follow state and local laws but now faces one year and one day in federal prison.

"Years from now, Mr. Lynch may well be remembered as the last American to go to federal prison for a mistake, the final victim of an already repudiated policy well on its way to the ash heap of history, but whose mean-spirited effects still linger," said MPP executive director Rob Kampia.

Open Letter Encourages Sanity in Sentencing of California Medical Marijuana Dispensary Owner

Forward by Salem-News.com's Tim King.

(LOS ANGELES, Calif.) - Charles Lynch Veteran American marijuana activist Ed Rosenthal has drafted a letter he hopes will have an effect on the outcome of the sentencing of a California medical marijuana dispensary owner. Charles Lynch was in the opinion of thousands, possibly millions of Americans, completely railroaded by an overzealous California sheriff; one who overstepped his own boundaries countless times in the case.

The most basic information about California state law allowing medical marijuana use was disqualified because Charles Lynch was convicted on a federal level, and the United States government clearly, more than ever, does not respect the rights of states in a legal manner.

PTSD=Depression: A Mis-Diagnosis?
Perpetual Anguish: Probable Cause

When the soldier or Marine is first committed to battle, apprehension is paramount concurrent with blood freezing fear and anxiety. Any Combat Veteran who does not have these feeling has probably not really been there.

(MOLALLA, Ore.) - Army Patrol in Kabul, Afghanistan by Tim King PTSD has been kicked around since about 1970 for what previously had been called SHELL SHOCK which it isn’t, and BATTLE FATIGUE which it also isn’t.

As a former WWII Combat Infantryman, Scout, Pointman and Forward Observer I would like to present my opinion based on been there, done that, seen that and now taking care of PTSD Veteran Victims.

New Anti-Drug Plan Doomed to Failure, Reformers Charge

Failure to Consider Fundamental Reforms Guarantees Cartels Will Continue to Dominate Marijuana Trade.

(WASHINGTON, D.C.) - men executed near San Ignacio, Mexico The new anti-drug initiative for the Southwestern border announced today by the Obama administration is doomed to failure because it simply dresses up failed policies in new clothing, the Marijuana Policy Project charged today.

"The new plan simply calls for rearranging deck chairs on the Titanic," said MPP director of government relations Aaron Houston. "The plan ignores the central problem, which is that our policy of marijuana prohibition has handed the Mexican cartels a massive market that keeps them rolling in cash, not just in Mexico, but according to the Department of Justice, in 230 American cities."

Medical Marijuana Legalization Explosion

New stock company providing education about the benefits of marijuana in business.

(MOLALLA, Ore.) - Medical Marijuana Explosion Legal medical marijuana started with an apprehensive whimper in California in 1996. Doctor Tod Mikuriya, who had studied cannabis/marijuana as safe effective medicine for about 30 years, was most likely the first doctor to jump into the fray and controversy. The California Medical Board went "ape" and harassed him.

In 1998, Oregon made medical marijuana legal. I was one of the first doctors who jumped in as I was partially disabled from medical malpractice with a spinal cord injury and could no longer do a regular office practice.
