(PORTLAND, Ore.) -
55-year old Paul Jumroon, formerly of Beaverton and Depoe Bay, Oregon, was sentenced today by U.S. District Judge Anna J. Brown to 37 months in prison and ordered to pay more than $131,000 in restitution to four victims and more than $120,000 to the IRS in taxes due.
