Israel’s current policies are at odds with American national interests and certain core American values.

(DUBLIN) - The portrayal of Israel as primed for peace and Palestine hell bent on war was debunked at the United Nations.

Until now the official version of the story had more holes in it than Swiss cheese. The original Zionist dream of establishing a state where none had existed for nearly two millennia has been painful for Palestinians. Responsibility for the continued conflict rests with Israel.

(NEW YORK SANA) - Pakistan has made a strong plea for resolving the two “oldest unresolved disputes on the UN agenda” — Kashmir and Palestine — to enable the struggling peoples of those lands exercise their right to self-determination.

Ground Zero Mosque Opens Without Much Controversy

The ‘NYChildren Photography Exhibition’ brought visitors instead of protesters to the opening at the controversial Park51 Community Center location.

(BETHLEHEM) - Mahmoud Abbas gave a brilliant speech at the United Nations, getting rounds of applause from most of the representatives.

I think it demonstrated clearly and unambiguously that the Palestinian leadership has been "unreasonably reasonable" and has instead seen the hopes of peace and of millions of Palestinians suffering for 63 years dashed on the rock of Israeli expansionist, colonial, and apartheid policies.

(OAKLAND, Calif.) - An exhibit of Palestinian children’s paintings (“A child’s view from Gaza”) was scheduled to open tomorrow (Sept. 24) from 1:00 to 3:00 p.m. in the Museum of Children’s Art in Oakland, CA.

The paintings were done after the Israeli military assault on Gaza in 2008/2009 which killed 1400 Palestinians including 300 children. So they depicted some of what the children had seen.
