Avoid the armament of pro-Gaddafi troops, and go after the source of their remuneration. If the pro-forces aren’t paid, I’ll bet they will stop fighting. It’s a rule among mercenaries; no gold, no fight! And that ought to open the flood gates for the insurgents to capture Tripoli with little or no further assistance from the International Community.
