(HONG KONG) - Sixty-three out of 72 people died on board a vessel with migrants fleeing Libya, in an episode that occurred during March and April 2011. Their journey ended where it began, on Libyan shores.

Questions exist, over whether military warships near the disabled vessel failed to render mandatory rescue and human aid.

Infertility Rates Rising for Canadian Couples
