Judge denies 12 year old brother of Leila Fowler's release, while his attorneys say there is no doubt Isaiah Fowler is innocent.

(ROHNERT PARK, CA) - As we reported previously, a little girl only 8 years old, Leila Fowler of Valley Springs, California, was stabbed to death April 27th in her family home.

A stranger was reported as the assailant, but now the girl's brother is under arrest for the crime.
