(WASHINGTON D.C.) - On the 1st October 2011, I published a confession in which I stated that Paul Kagame, was personally responsible for the shooting down of the plane carrying President Juvenal Habyarimana of Rwanda, and several other officials.

I stated that Paul Kagame himself had told me, in July 1994, that he was responsible for the shooting down of the plane.

The story started in 1994 when Kim Jong-Il succeeded his late father, Kim Il-Sung. He was only 42 years. Today, at 27 or thereabouts, his successor and son, Kim Jong-Un, is a boy in all respects.

Not many countries, including the established democracies, can boast of propelling such a young person to ultimate power.
