Portland Woman Shoots Up Heroin with Child Inside Car

The child, in good health, was taken into protective custody.

(PORTLAND, Ore. ) - Portland Police arrested a Portland woman Friday afternoon after an alert passerby saw her shooting up heroin with a child inside the car as well.

Portland Police spokesman Stg. Pete Simpson says an officer was flagged down at Southwest 4th Avenue and Harrison Street, after someone spotted the woman inside a parked car shooting up drugs with a child inside.
