"My home and it's contents were stolen by the Isabella County Sheriff Department (Michigan) and I have been pursuing criminal charges against the police for the better part of three years now. Today I learned that I am under criminal investigation."
Ted Visner is a victim of official corruption and now it appears the police are attempting to frame him to shut him up. Visner's hard reality is a cruel one.
