EUGENE, Ore. - The Oregon Ducks climbed two more spots in the latest Bowl Championship Series Standings, coming in at No. 3 with three games to play in the 2007 regular season. The Ducks (8-1, 5-1 Pac-10) are ranked third in the AP Top 25, USA Today (coaches Poll) and Harris Interactive polls, up one spot in each from a week ago. As was the case the past two weeks, the current AP ranking is the team's highest since ending the 2001 season at No. 2 after defeating Colorado in the Fiesta Bowl. Ohio State continues to lead the BCS Standings, while LSU moved up one spot to second. Unbeaten Kansas took Arizona State's No. 4 BCS mark from a week ago. After Saturday's defeat at the hands of the Ducks, ASU fell to ninth in the BCS. Oregon received two first-place votes in the USA Today poll, one more than second-ranked LSU. Oklahoma, now ranked fourth in the coaches poll, also received two No.1 votes. The Ducks are the highest ranked Pac-10 school in all indexes. ASU in No. 9 across the board and USC is 12th in the AP, 15th in the USA Today and 17th in the BCS. Oregon has its second bye of the season upcoming before a Thursday night nationally televised game at Arizona Nov. 15 on ESPN. BCS Standings: 1. Ohio State 10-0 2. LSU 8-1 3. Oregon 8-1 4.
