SISTERS, Ore. - SOAR (Sisters Park and Recreation district) is proudly hosting it's 13th Annual basketball tournament series, starting December 8.

There will be six tournaments running through February 2008.

5th-8th grades boys and girls teams throughout the state of Oregon will compete against each other in the beautiful Central Oregon communities of Sisters, Redmond and Bend.
