CORAL SPRINGS, Fla. - Caddy For A Cure, Inc., the opportunity of a golfing lifetime to go inside the ropes and caddy for the world's best players at PGA TOUR venues, announces the participation of world-class PGA TOUR player, David Toms, at the upcoming Crowne Plaza Invitational at Colonial CC in Ft. Worth, Texas on Wednesday, May 21st.

Caddy For A Cure offers PGA TOUR player caddy opportunities through its website (see caddyforacure.com) and the online auction service Charitybuzz.com. Caddy For A Cure donates 100% of the auction proceeds to charity, including the Fanconi Anemia Research Fund, which is the inspiration behind the Caddy For A Cure program.

The caddy opportunity for the Crowne Plaza Invitational is for PGA Championship winner and 12-time PGA TOUR winner, David Toms. Although Toms is well known as a PGA TOUR major champion, the 2001 PGA Championship, he is also known for his huge heart for charity, always looking for ways to give back through golf.

The caddy auction for David Toms began on Friday, May 2nd, 2008, and will run for 14-days through Friday, May 16th, 2008. The caddy date is Wednesday, May 21st.

"We are thrilled to be coming back to the Ft. Worth area with our program at the Crowne Plaza Invitational," comments Russ Holden, Caddy For A Cure founder and veteran PGA TOUR caddy. He added, "Every player on the PGA TOUR is incredibly talented, but to be able to be one-on-one, walking the course with a player who has won a major championship is truly a special experience. David Toms has spent over 175 weeks in the Top 10 in the Official World Rankings during his career and has been on three U.S. Ryder Cup and President's Cup teams - how great is that?!"

In addition to the Fanconi Anemia Research Fund, a portion of the proceeds generated from the auction for David Toms will be donated to local area charities, including the Cook Childrens' hospital.
