WOU kept the pressure on throughout the second half as it converted on 15-of-29 shots. "This was a good for us to come out and get a win against a tough, clawing team to close our road trip," said head coach Greg Bruce. "The women stuck together and we got contributions from everyone. I give credit to our kids for hanging in there, battling and closing the deal at the end." Zahler did most of her damage in the first half as she scored 17 of the WOU's 39 points, as she shot 6-of-6 from the field including 5-of-5 from three-point range.
