EUGENE, Ore. - The Oregon Athletic Department will conduct 2007 "Fan Day" on Saturday, August 25th. The annual event, which runs from 10:00 a.m. to noon, allows fans to meet and greet players and coaches from this year's football and soccer teams. It will again be held inside the Moshofsky Center, adjacent to Autzen Stadium. Fans can park in the East Lot of Autzen. Entries 2 and 5 will be available with the lot opening at 9:00 a.m. Doors will open up at 10:00 a.m. and will feature an array of fan activities led by Oregon Football players, including: The Oregon Community Credit Union TD Pass The Carl’s Jr. Obstacle Course The American Family Insurance Football Toss The Pepsi Webfoot Power Kick The Bi-Mart Get-in-Gear Station Due to split team meetings, the appearance by Oregon Football players will be divided in half, with one half of the team participating from 10:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. and the second half available from 11:00 a.m. to noon. The team will exit the Mo Center promptly at Noon to start their afternoon practice schedule. Fans in attendance will also have the chance to meet the Oregon Soccer team which will be available for autographs and for some quick pointers on their sport. The first 1,000 kids (ages 12 and under) through the door will receive a free collapsable frisbee, courtesy of Oregon Community Credit Union.
