PHOENIX - With the help of a career-high 41 points and 12 assists from Tony Parker, the San Antonio Spurs knocked off the Phoenix Suns 115-99 at US Airways Center on Friday night to take a 3-0 series lead.

The Suns started slow, sure -- scoring just 19 points after putting up 24 and 35 in Games 1 and 2 -- but the Spurs enjoyed a third straight game of running on all cylinders. Tim Duncan finished with 23 points and 10 rebounds and Manu Ginobili added 20 points as San Antonio made 56 percent of its field goals and shot 40 percent from beyond the arc.

Amare Stoudemire led Phoenix with 28 points, but the Suns were never in this game, trailing from beginning to end. Though Leandro Barbosa scored 20 points, Steve Nash finished with just seven points and nine dimes -- a reflection of both the Spurs' superior defense and the Suns' tentative approach to Game 3.

No team in NBA history has come back from three games down to win a playoff series, but Phoenix will have one last chance, on its home court, on Sunday in Game 4. Tip-off is scheduled for 3:30 ET on ABC.
