EUGENE, Ore. - The University of Oregon will signal an end to its formal off-season football workouts Saturday with it’s annual Spring Game beginning at 2 p.m. April 26 in Autzen Stadium. The final intrasquad scrimmage of the spring concludes the Ducks’ 15 practices, with a donation of three non-perishable food items per person requested for admission. The athletics department will donate all proceeds from the Spring Game to Food for Lane County for the fifth year in a row. Last season, the university donated over 15,000 pounds of food to the local food bank. The Ducks will conduct a draft to divide the squad into two equal teams, with the White Team to be headed by offensive coordinator Chip Kelly, and the Green Team led by defensive coordinator Nick Aliotti. Parking in the Autzen Stadium east parking lot will be free, with gates to open at 11 a.m. The parking lot will be accessible through Entry 2 (via Martin Luther King Blvd.) and Entry 5 (off Leo Harris Parkway). Access into Autzen Stadium will be limited to the south and east gates, as well as the ramp at the southwest corner of the facility, beginning at 1 p.m. The game will be televised live throughout the state on Comcast SportsNet (channel 37) as well as may be viewed live on the O-Zone via the athletics department’s official website, www.GoDucks.com. It also will be broadcast live on select Oregon Sports Network radio affiliates -- KUGN (590 AM) in Eugene-Springfield, KXL (750 AM) in Portland, KYKN (1430 AM) in Salem, KCUP (1230 AM) in Newport, and KQEN (1240 AM) in Roseburg.
