Pletcher Ties Keeneland Mark With Four Wins

LEXINGTON, Ky. - Trainer Todd Pletcher equaled a 13-year-old Keeneland record by saddling four winners on Saturday’s 10-race card before a crowd of 26,072.

Pletcher saddled six starters on the day, capped off by the victory by Behindatthebar ($13.60) in the Coolmore Lexington Stakes (G2).

Currently the leading trainer at the Spring Meet with 10 victories, Pletcher won with his first three starters: Royal Card ($6.80) in the third, Awesome Ashley ($5) a dead-heat winner in the fourth and Jumpin Charlie ($4.80) in the fifth. He also saddled eighth-place finisher Atoned in the Coolmore Lexington and fourth-place finisher Hold Your Ground in the 10th race.
