(SALEM) - The City of Salem Parks Department Volunteer Park Patrol applications are now being accepted for Minto-Brown Island Park Patrol and Cascades Gateway Park Patrol.

Volunteers walk, jog, bicycle and exercise their dogs as they keep our parks healthy and safe.

Being a park patrol member is a fun way to enjoy nature and get exercise, and the flexible scheduling fits almost every one.

For more information please contact Tibby Larson, volunteer coordinator at talarson@cityofsalem.net or at (503)589-2197.
