(OAKRIDGE, Ore.) - 47-year old John Wesley Hicks (aka Pee-Wee or Pete) was last seen on September 7th, 2008. John Hicks is 5'8" with blue eyes. He has the mental capabilities of a 12 to 14 yr old child. He was last seen in the Oakridge Oregon area where he resides with his dog Bear. A missing persons report was filed with the Oakridge Police Department on Saturday September 13th. His family says that in his entire life, he has never disappeared for a long period of time nor would he ever leave his dog Bear. John is known and loved in the Oakridge area by many. He previously resided in Springfield and the Junction city area. As seen on KVAL News Sept 15th, 2008 his family and friends are very concerned.
