(SALEM, Ore.) - Salem Police have arrested four people for selling marijuana to minors from a residence. Police Lt. Dave Okada says they were selling marijuana to minors. Salem Police served a search warrant Tuesday at 4436 Barrett Street South in Salem. Okada says the warrant resulted from a short term investigation into the distribution of Marijuana in the Salem area that was based from this residence. The search warrant was served after police received information that James Freeman the home owner, was selling and providing marijuana to adults and juveniles from the residence. Okada says James Freeman was contacted at his place of employment in Albany and taken in to custody. The search warrant was then served at his home where two adults and two juvenile females were located. "Seized during the search warrant was over 1 pound of dried marijuana, ten mature marijuana plants that had been recently harvested, 13 starter plants, plus additional marijuana that was in the process of being dried." He says a small amount of methamphetamine was found in the juvenile female's bedroom. "Mr. Freeman was out of compliance with the Oregon Medical Marijuana Program due to the fact that he was selling and providing Marijuana to non Medical Marijuana card holders," Okada added. All three of the adults and one of the juveniles were arrested on narcotics related charges and one of the adults was arrested on a weapons offense. Two semi-automatic pistols were located in the house as well as one revolver. Workers from DHS responded and both juvenile females were subsequently placed in to protective custody. Thank you James Freeman and Company, you merry band of morons. Legitimate cardholders will be unjustly painted with your BS for years. You flippin twit! How much you wanna bet the Lolita Crack Whore convinced him (to fund her habit) that it would be a great idea to sell his pot and it wasn't cool not to share. I cannot prove it of course but this may well be a case of the little head thinking for the big head. Ah well... one less crooked cardholder as I presume upon conviction his card goes poof. I agree this is a case of a crook (and a stupid one) who happens to have a card, not the case of an average cardholder. Ah well...
